Richard and Ann Ellwood handed over the reigns to their two sons in 2009 after 50 years in business at Cockshades. Tim and Chris now look forward to welcoming you to our farm. Whatever your needs we will endeavour to provide a friendly and courteous service at excellent rates representing fantastic value for money.

A farm and horses naturally go together and your visit to The Lawns Livery at Cockshades farm will allow you to see horses in a natural and comfortable environment.

Cockshades have been providing caravan storage for over 20 years.

1980 saw the first caravans arriving on site and the business now provides safe and secure storage for up to 700 caravans. None of which are visible from the road or any passing traffic.

Cockshades Farm was established in 1937 and throughout its lifetime, the farm has adapted and changed. Like most businesses, this a requirement in an ever changing market place.

The family have owned and operated the Cockshades Farm since 1937. The farm is situated in rural Cheshire, with very good transport links to the North and South with connections to the M6 at junction 16.
